Steven J. Adams

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Steven J. Adams is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and serves as Regional Finance Officer for Fresenius Kabi North America.  He has a wealth of financial management experience and a track record of notable successes.

Prior to joining APP, Steve worked at Cardinal Health, Inc., where he most recently served as the company’s Senior Vice President & General Manager for the Pharmacy Solutions business unit located in Houston, Texas.  At Cardinal Health, Steve quickly rose up the ranks from Director, Financial Reporting to Group Controller to Senior Vice President, Finance, Clinical Services & Consulting, where he oversaw the post-acquisition activities of Owen Healthcare, and led the financial turnaround of the business through a number of targeted programs that resulted in a growth in operating earnings.

Steve received his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Ohio University.
